(and by that I mean they took the existing videos and simply changed the graphics and product name to fit into another marketplace)

Next step was to grab a relevant new domain name.

Then ‘Buyer A’ made just a couple of simple tweaks to the salesletter they got with the PLR deal.  And then…

They flipped the site outright for over $4,800 at a popular site flipping marketplace.

The whole process (from them buying PLR, to making the sale) took less than 7 days!  I watched it happen and although I knew how easy it was to do, it’s something that I’d completely sidelined in my own business…  But not anymore!  (I mean think about it, even if you only got a quarter of that kind of cash you’d make $1K an hour for your time)

And when you factor in the PLR licence was just $100 (and I guess for the domain/new graphics about the same again) it means that Buyer A’s net profit for about an hours work was **$4,500+**

Imagine doing that just a couple of times a month from simple PLR purchases (you probably already have a dozen sat on your hard-drive right now) and you could be pulling in over $100K a year for just a few hours work…  It certainly made me rethink the whole ‘flipping’ strategy and it’s something that I’ll personally be doing a heck of a lot more of this year.
